CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PREVENTION MEASURES

The check-in and check-out procedures and the information service will be organized to accommodate every family or person in the structure.

A dispenser with disinfectant gel will be placed inside the B&B and we will use all protective equipment, masks and gloves.

CLEANING OF THE ROOMS

At each departure the rooms will be carefully treated with a sanitizing process with suitable products based on bleach and alcohol.

Every day is always guaranteed an adequate air exchange for the rooms and common areas.

The cleaning of the surfaces takes place with the use of disinfectant products such as a solution of sodium hypochlorite at 0.1% or alcohol at 70% concentration, when the use of bleach is not practicable (for example for telephones, remote controls , and touch screens).

While the fabrics and towels will be washed with cycles of 60°C and sanitizing detergent.

Furthermore, the disposable items (gloves and masks) are placed in a container with a lid.

BREAKFAST

Up to a maximum of 3 guests it will be possible to have the classic buffet breakfast, from 4 to 6 guests breakfast will be served at the table.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION?
To confirm a reservation, a credit card or bank transfer is required.

IS IT NECESSARY TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
To book, you do not need to pay a deposit but you must provide the credit card details of the guest or those who book. The reservation is considered valid from the moment we receive this information.

WHEN SHOULD THE STAY BE PAID?
The balance of the stay is paid in advance, directly online during the booking phase with payment by credit card or PayPal.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT OF THE STAY MADE?
Major credit cards are accepted for payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Cirrus, Postapay.
Bank checks and cash are not accepted.
The property reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival, possibly requesting pre-authorization from the relevant circuit.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS NOT COVERED IN THE DAILY RATE?
The daily rate is inclusive of taxes, exempt from VAT as per the flat rate regime.
It does not include the tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR A RESERVATION?A reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

The customer pays the total amount if he cancels in the 7 days before arrival or in the event of a No Show.

HOW DOES THE CHECK-IN TAKE PLACE?
Why Not? B&B needs to know as soon as possible the estimated time of arrival at the facility and a reference telephone number for any contacts. Paola will be there to welcome guests and to welcome them and the keys.

Arriving by car, you can enter the car park directly inside the structure.

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?
Check-in and key collection can be done from 15:00 to 19:00 pm on the day of arrival and will be carried out by Paola.

For late arrivals we can activate the AUTOMATIC CHECK-IN with badge.

On public holidays (Sundays and Holidays) the AUTOMATIC CHECK-IN can also be activated from 15:00 to 19:00.

WHEN DOES THE CHECK-OUT HAVE TO BE DONE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
Check-Out must be done by 11:00 on the day of departure.

WHAT HOURS CAN I CONTACT THE RECEPTION?
To contact Why Not? B&B it is possible to call +39 389 106 0864 every day from 8:00 to 20:00.

Paola is however available, in case of need or emergencies, even after hours.

WHERE IS THE BED & BREAKFAST LOCATED?
Why Not? The B&B is located in Strada del Pasubio n. 360, 5 minutes from the center of Vicenza and the Fiera, on the outskirts of the city, convenient to all services: bus stop, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops and taxis.
The train station can be reached in 10 minutes by car or bus.

WHY NOT? DOES B&B HAVE A CAR PARKING?
Each room has a free private parking space always guaranteed within the structure.

The guest can park his own means of transport directly upon arrival.

HOW MANY BEDS DOES THE B&B HAVE?
The Why Not? B&B has n. 3 bedrooms with double beds, so 6 beds in total.

DOES THE BED & BREAKFAST HAVE A KITCHEN?
The Why Not? B&B has a fully equipped kitchen: microwave, espresso machine, kettle and toaster.
We give the possibility to heat and consume on the spot with take away dishes but cooking is absolutely forbidden.

IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE STRUCTURE?
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with thermostat to customize the room temperature.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE A TELEVISION?
All rooms have a 22 “multifunction touchscreen monitor.
The guest will have the opportunity to browse online and use the system apps, and can also connect the monitor to their PC as a multi-screen.

ARE BEDROOM AND BATH LINEN PROVIDED?
Each room is equipped with all the bed linen and towels of excellent quality.

WHAT DO I FIND IN THE BATHROOM?
In the bathroom you will find a hand soap dispenser, a shower shampoo dispenser as well as a powerful hair dryer.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE INTERNET?
A fast and free Wi-Fi connection is available to guests 24 hours a day, both in the rooms and in the common areas.

You will find homemade cakes and biscuits, as well as salty plumcakes, cold cuts and cheeses, scrambled eggs at the moment.

Unfortunately, the typology of the Why Not? B&B does not allow us to accept any animal.

Ownership of the site
The website whynotbnb.com (hereinafter Site) is owned by Paola Trevisan with registered office in Strada del Pasubio, 360 – 36100 Vicenza, and is governed by the Italian law relating to Bed and Breakfasts.

Applicable law
The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) on distance selling with consumers, and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 in the field of electronic commerce.

The sales contract stipulated between the customer and Why Not? B&B will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By booking according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below. These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, they form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Why Not? B&B.

Booking procedure
The customer can make a reservation at whynotbnb.com, either through the form on the homepage of the site, or through the menu item “book now”.

When the reservation is made, the Customer has the possibility to choose the Payment method he prefers.

The acceptance of the order by whynotbnb.com will be confirmed immediately following the payment made online, upon registration of the Customer who has selected rooms, dates and number of people who will stay.

To confirm the reservation, the Customer will also receive a confirmation email to the email address communicated by the Customer when registering on the Site.

Why Not? B&B reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the booking.

The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report to Why Not? B&B any errors or omissions.

The booking form contains the following data:

Prices
The prices shown on all pages of the site are VAT exempt (based on the flat rate regime)

Payment
The forms of payment accepted are:

  1. PayPal: the reservation is immediately confirmed as payment is made immediately.
    PayPal is a secure online payment method.
  2. Ordinary Bank Transfer: Once the payment has been made, it is necessary to send us the details of the payment via email to the e-mail address “welcome@whynotbnb.com”.

  3. Upon arrival: the reservation is immediately confirmed on site.

Cancellation of a Reservation
The reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date.
Failure to notify will require a penalty of 50%, even if the booking has been partially canceled (eg: 1 person less).

The customer is therefore asked to notify us of the cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date, by phone (+39) 389 1060 864 or at the following address: welcome@whynotbnb.com.

Responsibility
With the Booking, the Customer assumes responsibility for compliance with the law relating to what is declared and booked. Therefore, any responsibility of “Why Not?” B&B ”for wrong bookings and / or wrong data.

Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is the consumer (ie a natural person who books not for purposes related to his professional activity), the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Article 63 of Legislative Decree 205/2006).
